Application Procedures
FULL MEMBERS
Full membership of the ITC is limited to one member organization
for each country. The full member is usually the national professional
psychological association of that country. Alternatively it may be a
national commission or other national body which has been recognized by
the national psychological association in that country. Full members must
be working towards the following objectives:
- to advance professional test development and to raise the quality standards of psychological tests;
- to protect the public against the personal and societal consequences of the use of inadequate psycho-diagnostic procedures and of the use of tests by unqualified persons, or in a manner objectionable on scientific or ethical grounds.

AFFILIATE MEMBERS
Affiliate membership is open to organizations, or groups of psychologists developing, publishing, and/or using tests and to commercial test publishers. The groups of psychologists, their employers or the publishers can be working on a regional, national, or international test basis.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS
Individual membership is open to anyone with an interest in the work of the ITC. Individual members will receive the ITC Newsletter and the International Journal of Testing.

Application Procedure
A psychological society which is a member of IUPsyS (International Union
of Psychological Science) or a national test commission whose application
is endorsed/supported by a national society which is a member of IUPsyS
will be admitted to membership on receipt of a completed form and an
appropriate annual membership fee.
Organizations interested in affiliate membership should complete the
ITC application form (which addresses the qualifications and experience of
the principal staff) and submit it to the Membership Secretary of the ITC.
The Executive of the ITC will review the application and make a decision
concerning appropriateness of membership.
