Testing International, the International Test Commission (ITC) Newsletter, disseminates information about national and international assessment projects and initiatives, new test developments, recently published books and articles, upcoming conferences and workshops, and topical issues in the field of testing and assessment to an international community of individuals, societies, and organizations.  Distribution of Testing International primarily takes place through this website. The latest edition can be accessed below and past copies can be downloaded as PDF files from Testing International Hard copies may also be sent to members of the ITC upon request.

Testing International is published twice a year (June and December).  Submissions should be received by either May 1 (June issue) or November 1 (December issue) for full consideration.  It is preferable that materials be submitted in Word format either as an attached file via e-mail or as an IBM-formatted 3.5" disk via regular mail or post.  Individuals submitting information for the newsletter should also include their affiliation and complete mailing address, telephone number, and fax number (including an e-mail address if possible).
