The ITC's Fourth International Conference on Equitable Assessment Practices will be held October 7th - 10th, 2004, at The College of William & Mary and the Williamsburg Hospitality House in Williamsburg, Virginia, USA.

The desire to promote a high level of interaction among participants is strong. Thus, registration will be limited and will be
accepted in the order in which they are received. People whose submitted abstracts are accepted by the Conference
Scientific Committee must have their registration confirmed before their contributions can be included in the final program.

 

Optional Events & Fees

  • Welcome Wine and Cheese reception October 7th (complimentary for registrants)
  • Main Conference - October 8th -10th ($295 for ITC members, $330 for nonmembers)
  • Invited workshops - October 8th ($50 for conference registrant, $100 for non-conference registrant)
  • Colonial Williamsburg
  • Historic Tour of Colonial Williamsburg (1hr 30 min) - evening of October 8th ($10)
  • Dinner and Reception - October 9th ($35)
  • Colonial Williamsburg one-day pass - October 10th ($30)

    Confirmation of Registration

    Confirmation of conference registration and events booked in advance will be provided through the Conference Office after receipt of a completed registration form and payment in full, subject to the availability of space.

     

    Methods of Payment

    Payments may be made either by:
    1) Personal/Company Check. Please ensure that the names of the participants and institutions are written clearly on all checks that accompany the Registration Form. Checks must be in U.S. Dollars and made payable to the College of William and Mary.

    Or

    2) Credit Card. Payment by credit card can be made to cover all items on the Registration Form. The following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard & Visa.

    Payment should be sent together with your Registration Form.

    Please ensure that the names of the participants and institutions are written clearly on the Registration Form as this information will be used to create participant name badges.

     

    Cancellation and Amendments

    All cancellations must be in writing and sent to the conference organizers. The policy regarding refunds of registration fees is as follows:

    1) Cancellation notice received up to and including August 13 th , 2004: Full refund less $100 administration fee.
    2) Cancellation notice received after August 13 th and before October 1, 2004: Full refund less $150 administration fee.
    3) No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 1, 2004.

    Refunds, where eligible, will be made in November 2004, following the conference.

     

    Late Registrations

    Registrations received after August 13, 2004 will be accepted only if vacancies remain. There will be no facility for on-site registration.

     

    Meals

    The invited workshop fee includes breakfast and lunch October 8th . The conference registration fee includes breakfast October 8th though October 10th and lunches on October 8th and 9th . Additionally, refreshments for mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks will be provided. Two wine receptions also are included. Reservations for the Conference dinner October 9th must be made on the Registration form.
